State Licensed Appraiser

With a vision for building something meaningful, Steven brings a blend of big-picture thinking and hands-on and high tech experience. Steven Clark & Associates is a full-service appraisal company that has been providing thorough, accurate, and unbiased appraisals for a combined total of over 40+ years. We can appraise properties from the very smallest condominiums or small single-family homes to resort homes above $20,000,000; from homes built in the 1800s to new proposed construction; from vacant building lots and small subdivisions.

Darrel Clark

Focused, approachable, and driven by results, Darrel Clark, has been a state-certified appraiser since 1990. He’s also FHA-approved and a review appraiser for the Utah State Division of Real Estate. Darrel has also been a licensed real estate instructor and an expert witness in the Utah 4th District Court. He has a degree in business management from Brigham Young University and also attended the University of Washington and Arizona State University. In addition, he has had numerous appraisal practice and theory classes over the past 30-plus years.
